My I-485 is filled at Nebraska Service Center. Does anyone has the address where to send AC21 job change letter ?

To where you sent your 485 package. I recommend to utilize services of Attorney - primarily because they attach their cover letter with their letterhead which could make some difference

Send a detailed letter explaining that you are at a risk of losing job to the EAD expedite fax line.
Another alternative is to take infopass and explain the situation to them and take the letter with you so that can send it to the proper place.
Also call the IO directly at 1800-375-5283, 1,2,2,6,1...3,4

My confusion is, as soon as I enter on AP I am on EAD and I don't have approved EAD. Does this mean I can not work untill I get EAD approved? I don't have Visa Stamped and I am not planning for Visa Stamping.
you can still continue on H1B (same employer) as long it is validity..even when you use AP at POE..

I have used AC21 twice. I did send a letter to USCIS for my first move. i have not sent any letter for my second move. Most of the attorneys i consulted are saying it is not necessry to file for AC 21 unless you feel the employer can jeopardise your green card.
There is no rule for filing AC 21. If you get an RFE, they will request the specific document they need. If you are following the rules, then you should be able to provide whatever they request in the RFE.

It is a hard situation for me. I-485 interview for AOS is due in just 3-4 days from now. I am separated from my US citizen wife.Have not filed for divorce. I am employed in the US on a valid L1-B visa.
Our marriage may or may not work..
1. I need advice as to how to withdraw the I-485 AOS application. I do no have copy of documents/notices that USCIS sent.They are with my wife.
Or
2. If we do work out our differences then is there a way to keep the current AOS alive? Or shall I get the current one withdrawn and file for a new one if we do resolves our differences?
3. Also if I do withdraw the I-485 does it also mean that the I-130 filed by my wife is abandoned/revoked automoatically?
Really appreciate a prompt advice.

I'm in same boat, upgraded to PP on June 1. your new status of I140 will be "We received request for PP".
For H1's Ext its the same receipt number . I think for 140 it will be the same .I subscribed to the notification of case status and i received an update oon the case saying the Premium processing requested for the petition

You will have 10 days from day of the denial to leave the country unless you file for Motion to Reopen (MTR).
Did you try filing another H1b through another employer after the RFE?
If that is the case and if you have the LIN number then you may be able to continue working with your current client (if new employer and client etc are ok with it).
If you have all the documents to go for MTR then you can go for it. I am not an attorney but this is per my knowledge.

We went for FP today and my wife had henna on her hands. I was concerned about it but it never was an issue. The FP went as if she had nothing on her hands instead the FP people pleasently talked abt henna.
We went to the Atlanta office, the staff was pleasent, work flow streamlined and we were done in less than an hour although they looked and checked our hands almost four times for bandages and cuts.

I am working with a client in Los Angeles, CA.
My H1b Visa expired in 05/2010 and I just got my 3-year extention.
In my petition I gave details of current client.
Today an Agent came from USCIS for an onsite(client-side) visit and verification.
The agent asked me various question mostly related to my petition
I was told my name was picked up randomly.
It is part of USCIS Site visit and verification Program
Anyone has a similar experience?
